JUPYTER
Since their musical launch in spring 2022, Mannheim-based indie pop band JUPYTER have developed into an exciting newcomer in the German indie pop landscape. The elements of neo-soul that flow into JUPYTER's songs are particularly special and whet the appetite for summer. Somewhere between JEREMIAS, Province and Tom Misch, there sits JUPYTER.JUPYTER released their debut EP "Underdog" on December 1, 2023. All singles from the EP made it into the top 15 of the "Wilde Herzen" playlist on Spotify. Their music has also been featured in DIFFUS Magazine, Picky Magazine and in the top 3 of Spotify's "Fresh Finds GSA" playlist. Alex, Steffen, Paul and Ruben came together in spring to form the current band and are one heart and one soul. Together, the four Popakademie students manage to get any audience dancing with their rousing rhythms and honest lyrics. No way!

In cooperation with the Popakademie's own artist agency KLINKT, which has been helping solo musicians, bands and producers from the Popakademie with live events or music marketing projects since 2007. The artist and exploitation agency is thus the interface between the musicians of the Popakademie and the economy and society in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

LARIFARI
Larifari is a colorful place. With a refreshing mix of indie pop and disco funk, young and old discover the world of fantasy together. Larifari packs the message of not being talked down to and never losing heart into handmade music. Sometimes dreamy, sometimes cheeky, one thing is guaranteed: everyone can join in and be a part of it! Topics such as diversity and inclusion are not only made easy to touch, but also easy to listen to. The combination of fun electric guitars and soft voices will get your hips swaying. In 2016, the sounds of their first album "Von allerlei Gestalten" (Of all kinds of shapes) rang out from the children's rooms of the two friends Henri and Jan. The two played their self-written songs in kindergartens and vacation villages. The group of musicians soon grew around the two school friends. Today Lynn, Marius and Hannah are an integral part of the band. Larifari invites everyone. A journey to singing vegetables, dancing vacuum cleaners and dreaming penguins. Larifari is a colorful show!
