Open House with Jörg Hellwig

Under the title “Navigating the Noise - Karrierewege, Change und Chancen”, (Career Paths, Change and Opportunities) Hellwig talks openly with Michael Herberger about personal experiences, mistakes and insights from his eventful professional life. The focus is on topics such as leadership style, values, employee loyalty and the question of how to deal with uncertainty, crises and change.

His stories from the music industry - from the classic demo to the TikTok hype - show impressively that success requires adaptability, but also attitude.

Jörg Hellwig started his career with an apprenticeship at Teldec. Stints at Ariola, CBS, Intercord, Polydor and BMG Sony Music led him to the top of Electrola. Today he works as a freelance consultant - with a great deal of passion and extensive industry experience.
