Start of applications for the International Summer Camp at the Popakademie

From Sunday, July 21 to Friday, July 26, 2024, the 15th International Summer Camp will take place at the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg. More than 50 international musicians from various genres will be coming to Mannheim during this time. Applications are possible until Saturday, June 15, 2024. The camp is organized in cooperation with the Cultural Office of the City of Mannheim.
The program includes five days of workshops on songwriting, singing, band coaching, music production and instrumental lessons. The focus is on Mannheim's music scene as well as national and international musicians. The Mannheim Music Days are new as part of the International Summer Camp with a focus on the Mannheim music and culture scene. This year's workshops will be led by a top-class international team of lecturers. This year, lecturers from Columbia College Chicago from the Popakademie's worldwide university network will be represented. The highlight of the International Summer Camp is the final concert on Friday, July 26, 2024, which will take place free of charge at the Popakademie from 8 pm.
