Alumni compose the soundtrack for the second season of “Achtsam Morden"

After alumni Ziggy Has Ardeur and Konstantin Gropper composed the soundtrack for the first season of the Netflix series “Achtsam Morden,” the team was also commissioned to create the music for the second season.
The German TV series is based on the crime novel series of the same name by Karsten Dusse. After the first season was a huge success (spending three weeks in Netflix’s global Top 10), the second season now brings eight more episodes that continue the story of criminal defense attorney Björn Diemel. On May 28, 2026, Constantin Film released the original soundtrack for Season 2. This time, it includes 37 tracks, featuring Alex Mayr (Popakademie lecturer, 2010 B.A. in Pop Music Design graduate), Pia Bornitz (B.A. in Pop Music Design), and Katia Belley (B.A. in Pop Music Design, 2008, and M.A. in Popular Music, 2015). Konstantin Gropper (2008 graduate of the B.A. in Pop Music Design program) has already released eight albums and several EPs under the name “Get Well Soon.” His latest album, “Minus the Magic,” was released in May 2026. He writes and produces music for various feature films, TV series, and theater productions, among other projects.Ziggy Has Ardeur (also a 2008 graduate of the B.A. in Pop Music Design program) is a composer and producer for theater, fashion shows, and film. He also serves as a coach for the Bandpool, the popakademie’s own elite development program for bands and solo acts.The two have already collaborated on several projects, such as the soundtrack for the hit Netflix series “How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast).”
