Julia Hofer

Julia Hofer quickly developed into a sought-after bassist on the German and Austrian scene after completing her Bachelor's and Master's studies in Vienna, Cologne and Mannheim. In the ensemble of the Vereinigte Bühnen Wien she is active on both the double and electric bass and teaches at the Gustav Mahler Privatuniversität in Klagenfurt. On the internet she can be seen in numerous lesson and interview videos, which she produces mainly for the YouTube channel of the Thomann company. On tour and on TV she could be seen in the ARD Sportschau in the context of the EM 2021, in the ORF in the context of Starmania, with the heavytones and the No Angels.
