Seminar Terms and Conditions

Fee
The participation fee includes drinks, lunches, snacks, coffee, tea and work materials in the form of scripts. Furthermore, each participant will receive a confirmation of participation.

Payment
Payment of the participation fee will be made by bank transfer immediately after receipt of the invoice. If the registration takes place at short notice, a verified copy of the remittance slip must be presented on the day of the seminar.

Cancellation
The registration is binding. In the case of no-show on behalf of the participant, no refund will be made or if the participation fee has not yet been paid, payment will nevertheless be due. In case of written cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event, the seminar fees will be refunded. Half of the fees will be charged or deducted if cancelled 14 days prior to the event. After that, the full fee is due.

Early Bird Rate
The reduced seminar tariff for early bookers: Those who sign up at the latest three weeks before the start of the seminar receive, depending on the seminar, 10-20 euro discount off the normal price. The date of receipt of the online booking is decisive.

Package Rate
The thematically related seminars marked as packages can be booked at a cheaper rate as a complete package or individually at the normal price.

Limited Number of Participants
In order to achieve the highest possible quality of the seminars, the number of participants is limited. This is especially true for the intensive seminars, where the maximum number of participants is 10 or 12 people.

Registration Deadline
The registration deadline is 2 days before the start of the event.

General
The seminars will only take place upon reaching the respective minimum number of participants. The participation fee will be refunded if not reached. We reserve the right to change the order of events or programme. Upon receipt of the binding registration, an invoice/registration confirmation and directions will be sent.
